Rules For Exchange

Rules
For Link Exchanges:
-I- Any site made to help/benefit others. The site's MAIN CONTENT must be either graphics, anime or interactivity.
-II- Must be a decent site. Not a complete beginner.
-III- Little or no hentai/porn. Tasteful nudity is alright, and any hentai/porn must have a RESTRICTED or PRE-WARNED page. By that, I mean there either has be a password protection/membership/age requirement, or there is a warning page before the actual sexual content that says that it contains hentai/porn and is not recommended for children.
-IV- You must update at least once a month.
-V- Link Exchanges are only guaranteed a 88x31 button link on the Exchanges page. I may or may not link you on every page, and I may or may not link you with a certain type of link (but it will always either be a text link or small link, 50x50 will be the maximum size).

For Affiliates:
-I- Only sites related to graphics or anime will be accepted, unless we are friends (online or offline). Also, it must be site ALL your own ('Your' meaning the workers of the site. If you have staff doing things, or donations, it's fine), with very little pop-ups. Basically, no piczo sites, and no Pagebuilder/Template sites. Basically, I'll accept things like Freewebs as long as you aren't using the Beginner mode or something similar.
-II- Must be a decent site. I know mine isn't the best, but at least come near my skills. It's not that hard. I'm easily awed. ^_^

-IV- I like to affiliate with a site that updates, and likes to get to know it's affies! You must be willing update at least once a month, and talk to me every now and then. If we don't get on around the same time, then that's alright. We don't have to Chat. We can at least send email conversations every now and then. I won't say a certain time (like contact me at least once each week), especially with school going on. But, if you know we haven't talked in FOREVER, then it'd be nice to get an email, or a comment from you in an update. The keep-in-contact part of the rule probably won't be enforced, but is encouraged.

-V- Affiliates will be linked on every page, at the very LEAST by text links or 50x50 buttons, and linked on the Exchanges page with an 88x31 button.

For Siblings:
-I- Current Affiliates only!
-II- Must be a pretty good site. It has to at least be at my level.
-III- Please update at least once every two-three weeks, except for hiatuses, and talk to me every now and then.
- IV - You will always be linked on every page. Usually by a text link, but always with the same type as Affiliates, or possibly bigger. Your's will be on the top, so you will probably be the first seen. You will always be linked on the Exchanges page by an 88x31 button.
