After about a half an hour of bored thinking and websurfing, I've decided to make Amour Sincere a semi-commercial digital portfolio. I'll be saving Alyeid Requiem (the name) for something else.

I'll be taking out the Distribution section. Amour Sincere will become more professional. I won't be joining anymore contests under Amour Sincere, but most likely under another one of my sites.

The portfolio will consist of only my best Designs, Blends, Avatars, and Wallpapers, with a small section for other *special* artwork (such as some of the finished results of my Digital Photography lessons/works, or just some manipulations and experimenting).

I may or may not keep tutorials, but if I do, they will be more professional.

As for affiliates, I will go through each one. I may keep a few, but for most, I plan to either stop affiliation or change affiliation to a better fitting site. (Like possibly asking Kammi if Blue Serentiy can change it's sibling from Amour Sincere to Amourous Attraction (collective), or Cherrydisiac (Personal collective))

My link exchanges will either be reassigned to Amourous Attraction, or ended.

Also, Amour Sincere will be moved to http://dite.amourous-attraction.net/portfolio (currently redirects here). I'm not sure how much I'll be updating it, and I don't want to waste Janet's space. And, at some point, I'll probably try to get the cherrydisiac.net domain name, for my more personal sites, in which it would be cherrydisiac.net/portfolio.

I'm not trying to sound rude or snobbish with any of this, especially since this site, from what I know, gets virtually no hits, but I thought that I need a more professional site, and I want that to be Amour Sincere. I'm not going to be this way with all my sites.

Alright. I've decided to try for a more meaningful approach to this.

I'm going to make a new layout, and while I'm doing that, I'll be redoing the sections.

First of all, there will be no Alyeid Designs. Instead, there will be Alyeid Requiem, which will be my portfolio. Amour Sincere will return to the graphics site it once was, except I probably won't add staff.

I'll probaby be adding more templates, like Layout or Splash Templates.

I'm still deciding on how I want to update the site. I've decided that at the end of each month (either the last day of the month, or the first day of the next), I'll update the portfolio with new graphics that I've made for other sites, forums, and TCGs.

But, I'm still deciding on how often I want to update the other sections. The distribution section will probably depend on how much of a Graphics Creation mood I'm in. I still have to work on Alyeid Designs, so I'll probably wait to make layouts. I may redo the portfolio section, and I'll definately make a new layout, but since I should be getting a review from Silence Reviews soon, I'll wait until it's done, or at least mid-November

I've added all of the pages. Nearly everything should be viewable and up to date.

Portfolio: I've added some Athenian Decks to the Portfolio. Yesterday, I made my first two Sweet Nothing Decks, so they'll be coming soon as well.

Voting: Voting at Banks Designs Awards has started. We're nominated in Best Layout, Best Colour Scheme, and Best Site Name.
Also, the Secret Song Banner Contest is still in voting.

Site - Voting has started The Secret Song banner contest. Vote honestly, please. The easiest way would be to, if you have tabs, just open 3-5 in a new tab, then close the tabs of ones you don't like, and put more up, especially since there are over 30 entries.

Portfolio - The pages have been added. There shouldn't be any broken links, at least not straight away. I don't have any designs up yet, but I probably will soon.

Premades, Resources, Interactive, Links - I haven't done anything to them, really. Links will be the next section I will work on, and the Layouts link in the Premades will be taken down because of Alyeid Designs.
Edit // The Premades and Resources sections have been merged and changed to the Distribution section, which is basically complete!

Siblings, Affiliates, Link Exchanges - I'll probably end up leaving a comment to the sites that haven't changed my link, if comments are available. I emailed most people, but it may not have gotten to them. More like an I'm Back note than a Change My Link warning, so no worries.

Listed At - Updated the links at each of the listings, so they're correct.

Reviewers - If Enchanted Bliss doesn't get back soon, I'll probably take it down. But, I am being reviewed by Silence Reviews now. Two sites weren't ready for the waiting list, so I didn't have as much time as I thought I did to work. I'll probably be working on it a lot today, though.

Awards Sites - I nominated the site at Amour Awards and Banks Designs Awards. Not anything for content, really. But, I did join for the Layout and Site Name categories.

Alyeid Designs - I decided that having a designs site would be helpful for me. Especially since I don't want Amour Sincere to get too big. With the different types and styles of layouts, to keep it organized, you either need more complicated coding and tools (*cough*databases*cough*), or a lot of pages. I'd rather have simple excess that I know I'll be okay with than a compact complications that I can possibly, and probably will, mess up. It's not finished, not even the layout's coding, and the first layout is a celebrity layout, but you can see what's in progress: Alyeid Designs
